Original Centrifuge Wheel Replacement Form
Original Centrifuge Wheel orders that were not canceled or refunded to the original purchaser will be replaced with new wheel outers (hubs and hardware are not included) until 11/1/2024.
Upon form completion we will check and verify the original order and issue an invoice for shipping costs for the replacements. There is no need to return the old wheels.
